• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Returns are only accepted in case of:
• Wrong item delivered
• Manufacturing defect

• Order number
• Clear images of the item
• Once approved, our team will guide you through the process.

Important Notes
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is from our side.
• Colors may slightly vary due to lighting or screen settings and are not considered defects.

Once your order is placed, tracking is easy:
• After your order is confirmed and dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp / Email / SMS.
• Use the tracking number on the courier’s website to see real-time updates.
• You can also message us directly with your order number, and our team will assist you with the status.

• Tracking details are shared within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.
• Order status updates may take some time to reflect once the parcel is dispatched.
